Check out Nesbits. They might be the cheapest. I think they offer free shipping.

luxor has them on ebay for 10 for  8.99    

and cha cha mandry has  turbo's for 7.25

i got some off ebay for 99 cents puls 1.99 shiped and like 50 for each one after that so your lookin at like 1.50 a piece or so

Got mine from binghamsbowlingsupply.com.  Couldn't really find anything cheaper after factoring in the shipping cost - that was for 20 inserts and 5 slugs.

There is a seller on ebay (bowl300300) with certain sizes for $.99 each.  $1.50 shipping on the first one and $0.10 for each additional insert.

That might be cheaper if they have your particular size.  That would be $12.30 for 10 (if my math is correct).
