bowling shoe insoles
« on: April 21, 2009, 09:29:03 AM »
I have developed a really sore spot on a foot, where I must have bumped something and bruised something.
The only time I'm comfortable walking is when I'm wearing my slippers, which have a memory foam sole.
Does anyone know of a really cushioned insole that I could put in my bowling shoes? I bowled 6 games saturday and 6 games sunday, and could not walk after we were done...
Thanks!

Dr. Scholls massaging gel work great for me.
Can get them at any big box store.

I use some standard padded cotton insoles for some extra "suspension", and experimented with a standard gel sole lately - not as sophisticated as Dr. Scholl stuff, and it was too "wobbly" to my liking. But I'd try some insoles from a good shoe shop, investing some bucks ís worth the effort.
