KR Strikeforce 4-ball Roller Airline Compliant ?
« on: April 23, 2009, 04:26:11 AM »
I have a KR Strikeforce 4-ball roller and will be traveling to Reno in early May. Anyone ever flown with a KR Strikeforce 4-ball roller? If so, how did it fare? I assume the 2 pieces will be separated & need to be tagged separately. The airline I'm using does not charge for baggage so it's easier for me to take them to the airport than ship them. Thanks for your time.

not sure the size but if you are checking them I would box them up so that they don't get torn or broken.. the guys just toss the baggage around

or have it handled like golf clubs .. they are a bit nicer to oversized luggage.

Be careful of the weight - don't go over whatever the limit is on the bags. Other than that, it should hold up really well. I've traveled by air with mine several times.
If you're concerned about anything, tape the handle down so it can't hook on something and get twisted off. Other than that - bowl well~!

I would suggest shipping it to have it arrive at your hotel.  I would say through fedEx but im biased since I work for them and ship everything I travel with
