Title: Which 3-4-5 bag is better quality? KR or Elite?

I once called them for a broken handle on a bag that was 4 years old and they send me a new handle free of charge.. That won't happen with to many companies. I will tell you that..

My pro shop guy has had numerous Elite bags come back with handle issues after a a few months use. I don't know if these are isolated incidents or not..

The bottom line is I would stick with KR.. You won't be sorry..

Post by: dw23 on March 16, 2010, 07:04:23 PM: I have the Elite bag that I got as a gift last year and it has held up nicely. That being said I thing the KR bag is the better bag. The warranty is better, it has more storage space and there customer service is the best.

I have a bag I use for back up that I have had for almost 10 years. The handle cracked last summer and I asked KR where I could purchase a replacement. They asked for my address and sent a replacement even though the warranty expired years ago. That's great customer service.

Hmm..Lets see what I have in this bag.. A bright red Mission, a Nasty Spider, something to break the Lanes with, and a green Avalanche.. how can I lose?
