Title: BOTBC - NPA Post 09-22 to 09-28
Post by: Zman on September 22, 2003, 10:02:16 AM
This week it's a plethora of over/under teasers.

Mens High Series
Over - 600
Under - 570

1-1 on both of these.

Chicks High Series
Over - 600
Under - 570

1-1 here too.

Total Womens DPL's
Over - 3
Under - 2.9 (You never know what multiplier factor Rags will use).

Men under 500
Over - 3
Under - 1

Total Mens CPL's
Over - .5
Under - .4

Womens CPL's
Who cares what the over under is ? A chick getting hit on by a chick is the start of something men want to hear about.

Well, the ride continues 233-196-211=640 and 3 DPL There were actually people other than the league in the center.

One asked me to bowl on his Friday night league.  The second just kept complimenting me on my bowling and almost had a heart attack when I picked up the 4-9 split.  The last one stayed about a half hour after league to talk.  He was impressed with my bowling saying he is attracted to good female bowlers

Zman, that was a um a teacher intentional error to check to see if the students were paying attention.  I guess only one was  What can I say I tried to slip halving my score and giving it to Mike, just to knock him down a few more pins, 2 to be exact.  I should have been 304 as 1/2 of 608.  Teacher stands corrected and you get 2 brownie points for being the 1st to catch it

TP shoots 640!!  That's it Ragnar - kick her to the curb!

If this were a kinder and gentler BOTBC, I might say something like  "great shooting TP".

Nah, forgetaboutit.

Only if your ending book average last season was 185 or below, Doc.

Hey, Zboy, the braindead, what's with the dates?  We are supposed to run Sunday thru Saturday and you keep dating it Monday thru Sunday.  What's up?  Did you get even more oxygen deprived?  Lose some more brain cells?  Using the wrong year's calendar?  I want to hear this excuse!

Mike, I'm hurt!  I offered you a "nice shooting" last week  Okay, I had to bug you first, but I did conclude you beat me fair and square and I don't even get a nice shooting or congrats or anything  Just be that way

And I CAN read the writing on the wall, 2 more weeks and I'm outahere  But I will remember the little people and come by to post sarcastic comments

Dear Ms. Cat,

We here at the Executive Branch of BOTBC - NPA wish to thank you for your inquiry into the dates of eligibility each week.
After further review I believe I have been using Monday thru Sunday all season and you bring this up week 3 ?

Gentler is out its Monday thru Sunday. Then again you could always mutiny again and start another BOTBC without me recapping ?

Where is everybody?  Did TP run everyone off?

Well it was one of those roller coaster nights 173-137-217=527

You know, I found the throne to be very uncomfortable and sitting up so high gave me a nose bleed. I think the former occupier tinkered with it.

180-204-159=543.  Let's just say my spare shooting has gone into the throne and down the toilet.

As one can see, I am still alive and well in the 185 and under average brackets, unlike some two-initialed left-handers I know.

Looks like I will reclaim my residence in the middle of the Barrel for this week.

Remember that blind squirrel ?

161 - 170 - 139 = 470

0 CPL, even though I brought out the skull ball and picked up all 3 of my 10 pins. The "ball police" was there monitoring the return, so I put it back in the bag after every shot.

I did manage to pick up the 6-7-9-10, though!
And what happened the next shot ?
Left the 4-6-7-10.

Ladies, it's all yours this week!

Okay, so everyone is accounted for except RooCat.  It won't be long and TP will be out of here.

Mike, my friend and alien twin, in case you were putting me in with TP, I am in the BOTBC average range in both of my leagues.  Yes, I have had a few good sets, but unfortunately they are always balanced by those 170 or so average nights.

Wednesday I'm at a 177 I think and Thursday a 184.  Now I must admit Wednesday is a major improvement from last year where I struggled to be in the mid 150s until the later part of the league.  My goal is to get to 180 there.

I don't bowl until Sunday (28th), when I bowl on 2 leagues (am & pm).  I enter my AM scores in BOTBC and my PM scores in the handicap doubles.

I messed up another potential triplicate - 172 - 170 -172 = 514
At least I am consistent.  I'll get that triplicate yet!

In true BOTBC fashion:

169-173-180 = 522

I'm bowling with my younger son in this league.  He won't listen to any instruction, stomps his feet when he misses, and yells at me when I miss a spare.  Fun.
