Here's my story: I left the correct ball in the car since I haven't used it since the beginning of last winter.  My coach has been trying to get me to use more agressive equipment, tonight was not the night for that.  Then there was the bowling stupids.

Between warm ups and game 1 I tried the 4 balls I had brought in, including trying my plastic spare ball for strikes.  I tried playing lines out side from 5 to inside as deep as 15.  Between 10 and 15 the ball flew past the headpin.  Outside of 10 the ball went to long before breaking, resulting in the ball going behind the headpin for washouts.  3 splits and 3 washouts, 2 spares, and no strikes resulted in a wonderful 105 game

After I finished game 1, I ran to the car for my 11 year old original Blue Hammer.  Too bad I hadn't brought it in.  3 strikes, 5 spares, and 2 opens for a 169 game.

Game 3 I was hit with a case of the bowling stupids  For some reason I decided to open up the shoulders at the line causing me to pull the ball 4 boards outside...3 washouts  I did manage a strike and 5 spares for a 147 game.

So my scores for this 105-169-147=411  I thought about switching games 1 and 4, but without integrity we have nothing.  Besides I can make everyone else feel good they aren't as bad as me

Game 4 1 strike, 7 spares, and 2 opens for a 166.  We did take 2 of 5 points, which for us is great since we had only won 3 points in the previous 5 weeks.

Bowl well and be happy you aren't me

Almost forgot to post my scores.

I'm getting closer lol, I work with a coach for the first time this friday so we'll see if I can actually put 3 decent games together next week.

132 + 171 + 187 = 490

Had a good time though and we swept the current first place team of all points. I needed 17 pin fill in the 10th frame of the 2nd game to win the game for us and doubled so that was nice. If I can just make adjustments faster and stay away from splits I'll be alright, only missed one spare I should of had(10 pin of course) so we'll just have to see.

You got a deal, Thong.
Since this was my last week, how much could it hurt.
The scores that i will be posting for the rest of this league will still be shot on a sport shot but will during open play.
My grandson and i will be practing on it and i will use those scores.

Gee, just when I thought we were only going to have 4 patterns in this league (that was what was told to us the first night of bowling), this week they decide to bring out a 30' short oil, light volume shot....

143-149-166= 458.

The weakest ball I had in my bag was a Havoc, outside of the spare ball. Hook, hook and more hook, even with a Target Zone...
