Still sort of "blah." Bowled around average the second game, and began the third game with 27 in the third frame (courtesy of 3 splits), so I'm not unhappy with that score.
Since my regular league nights fall on Christmas and New Year's Eves, our league voted to prebowl/make up the 6 games before January 1. Our team is prebowling the 6 games on Saturday, 12/23. I'll be using those games (in the order bowled) for the next two weeks.

I haven't scored this badly in....I couldn't tell you. I felt I threw the ball OK..much better than my score indicates, but couldn't carry a thing and left quite a few splits.....it was fun though.
One of the most fun nights of bowling I have had in a long while.

I couldn't get a line at all, a ton of washouts and splits. Tried inside as deep as 12 and out as far as 5 and just about everything in between. I keep hearing they are really messing with the left side, but chalked it up to sour grapes. I am beginning to believe Sunday 485 - Wed 6PM 523 and at 9 (scores for this)166-137-124=427 a new all time low for the season in this house.

The Exxon Valdez slammed into the bowling center last night, spilling oil everywhere. My Scorchin' Inferno wouldn't move more than 3 boards after the break with my normal approach. Had to slow my speed much more than I am comfortable with doing.

Well, all new approach and its already paying off.
Using my buddies Storm Diablo playing 25-10, shot:
232, 228, 215 for 675 set.
3 opens all night, all major splits and they all could have been avoided. Im happy with this set for the main reason, all new approach for me but, I should have shot better.

Cant get my timing right to save my butt, then once I seem to have it, cant carry. The only thing good about the last couple of weeks is my spare game is getting much better. Unfortunately, I am getting so frustrated at not carrying anything and just plain throwing it bad. Going to do some work next couple of weeks and modify a few things to get my timing and release back for a strong 2nd half.
