Over average for me!

Mr. Lebowski, this is Bill Salnicker with the Southern Cal Bowling League, and I just got a, an informal report, that a member of your team, uh, Walter Sobchak, drew a firearm during league play. If this is true of course, it contravenes a number of the league's by-laws, and article 27 of the league...

Due to my car accident, I was unable to make it to bowling this week.

Will be posting scores again starting next week.

Sorry team, double whammy with the snow storm and the accident.

Should get the car back monday or tuesday.

Thanks Hogs, hopefully we can start moving up in the standings. And it was actually my friends fault that I was late. I had to pick up his bowling stuff from his house, because he forgot it. All his fault! Haha

I've had a terrible three week period. My daughter-in-law had a major operation. my mother-in-law passed and now I have food poison. Didn't bowl all week .. feel weak enough now that it's tough to determine when I'll return .. I'm shooting for Monday but that's very iffy .. hate to do this to my team mate if you have a substitute and replace me .. I would understand.

Today I feel better then yesterday but that's not saying much .. I'm out of bed but every part of me is sore .. and I can't stray too far from a bathroom! Hope to put some solid food into my system today .. hopefully that will speed recovery!

Sorry, missing bowling is really tough .. letting my team mate down hurts the most!

212 (had 73 in the 5th frame without a mark and strike out - nearly)
199 (had no opens and still don't get 200?)
195 (had no opens 8 spares 4 strikes and only 195?)

Were the computers keeping score correctly?  All my spares were 1-pin spares.  OMG!!!

Joe--

The worst I ever felt in my LIFE was one time I got food poisoning, I don't blame ya!  I got so dehydrated that at one point when I was trying to get off the couch to get back to the bathroom, my calf muscle just went bananas on me.  I finally knew what a REAL cramp was like.  I swear it looked like my calf muscle was all the way down in my ankle!  I'll never forget that day... It's probably one of the only things that could keep me away from bowling!

Four(three in the first game and one in the last) large splits were my only open frames.  No whiffs.  Some pain.  Good luck ,partner.
