2 handed bowling release

I'm aware a lot of two handers have different styles that work for them, but does anyone curl the ball with their wrist on the back swing?

 It looks similar to Belmos approach, but I'm struggling to keep the revs and speed consistent. Below is a video of the style on talking about. Is it just a lot of hand under the ball and using his wrist to stabilize the ball? Any insight is appreciated, thank you!
