what's the effect of axis tilt high and low????





my axis is point to 45degree at 10 o'clock

Axis tilt is strictly dependent on the diameter of your track.  You may be thinking about axis rotation.  For how to determine axis tilt, see my post is the thread linked below.  --  JohnP
