I'm a relatively new bowler and was wondering...
Is it common that you see a bowler change from starting as a Stroker then to Cranker? Or vice-versa? Or go 2 hands? Or is it more usual that once a player begins, he stays with that particular style throughout bowling life?

No particular way to answer this question; Way too many factors that play into it.

I have seen and myself bowled from outside like a striker and deep inside like a cracker. Not really a style change but it might look like that. From one handed to two handed is really a choice for the individual. Some times it works and is comfortable, but for others it is a comfort choice. Totally depends on the bowler. No right or wrong answer

The best advice I can give it do something that is comfortable and that you have the ability to repeat the same shot over and over again.

It's called getting old. If I cranked now, flying bone fragments might take out the corner pin...

Thanks for the responses. Was watching a video of myself last night. Even though i've improved in avg, still have to work on fundamentals. Will not even consider 'changing''. Didn't look good to me. Most players i spoke with also have said they usually don't see people change their game so much over the years.
