ive heard alot about grips, slugs, inserts  for the ball and i was wonde3ring how i would go about getting these do i have to the driller  or get the finger holes larger to accomodate for the insert

and there are so many different sizes how do i know whoich one is right?

This is something that you will have to talk with your pro-shop operator about. He can suggest to you which one might be better for you once he knows your release. Some people love inserts while others cant stand them. Same with the thumb hole, some love the feel of the ball itself and others like the slug, inserts, or switch grips.
