Title: Need suggestions for a new ball

Hi,
I like to upgrade my arsenal with a ball for short oil (30-32 feet)medium oil.
Any suggestions are welcome. My avg. speed is between 25 - 27 m/h..I like to throw between boards 1 - 8. I appreciate any help. Please email me at mliefong@hotmail.com thanks...........

Im a big guy and I throw between 17-19 when i CRANK IT, i KNOW A GUY THAT THROWS A 22 MPH STRAIGHT BALL, i JUST CANT IMAGINE ANYONE THROWING 25-27 MPH HOOK BALL.

IF he is throwing between boards 1-8 he is playing down and in,
pretty much straight.

I used to bowl with a guy that was clocked at 28 fro 10 pins
and about 22-24 on his strike ball.  I found it fasinating
because like yourself no1bucsfan I am a big guy, and I only
get up to 20 on my 10 pin if that.

I'm sure he DOES NOT throw a strike ball 27 mph!

well if your throwing the ball 27 mph it isnt going to matter what ball you throw.  im 6 foot 5 and 285 lbs and i throw the ball around 19 to 20  on strike and ive hit 28 on a ten pin.  if you are really throwing your first ball 27 mph you could throw a white dot or a big blue it really isnt going to matter much.

dude there is no way your throwing a bowling ball 27 mph unless your throwing a 6 pound ball... if you even want to think about throwing a hook ball you slow down to atleast 19 but you still have to crack the hell outa it.  But the either Columbian Hyde or The columbian Wicked would be a hooking ball if drilled right...but you throwing it over 20 mph any ball wont do anything.  just slow down and I suggested 2 balls you will have to crack them even if you throw them even 20 ...
