Title: Profile and stats - how to find ??

How can find out what my stats are?  Is there a way to find out what my ball speed is, my rev rate, etc?  What type of information should I include in my profile?

I ran across a couple of sites a while back that mentioned something about putting tape on the ball and counting it as it rolled down the lane, or timing it with a stop watch, but my hard drive crashed and I lost all my bookmarks.  Is there an easy way for me to find out this information?
