Who knows what brand they are without removing them and looking at them?
Did you ask your pro shop guy what brand they are? He probably used only 1 or 2 brands when people asked for them. Most places only stock 1 brand and special order others if people ask for them.
3 is probably 3/4"
11 is probably 11/16"
45 is probably 45/64"
Can't say for sure.
I think Vise-Grip is the only insert company that makes the half sizes; the 45/64", is that is what the "45" stands for, is a half size. Most inserts come in 16ths as the smallest increment.
