learning to hook

i have lows revs high ball speed about 6 foot i need a good ball to start with?

With out knowing any thing about you, (speed, revs, etc.), it would be nearly impossible to tell you a certain ball.

 Your best bet would go to a Pro Shop, get a few lessons and follow their instructions on what they say.
