approach check please

Here are five different shots from slightly different views all critique and suggestions welcome. I am trying to work on my approach and timing, some days throw the ball great and hit my mark other days not so great.

You have great foot work but everything above the knees is loose. First you need to get lower at release. You are standing up out of it. You also are crossing over with your hand at release. Your hand should stay right of your head.. I would also work on tightening up that swing. Your elbow and hand are flopping all over the place and that can do nothing but introduce inconsistency.

Way too much movement with your wrist in your swing.  Watch some videos of pba players and you will see very little movement.  It's just very hard to get through the ball consistently with all that extra movement.
