Okay im no Nick Smith but heres 2 videos.. Recently Ive been in a slump and decided to get a few shots of myself. Sorry for the sideways shots, I thought I could edit the videos to fix it turns out I can't. So, any constructive criticizm welcome. Any comments that are obviously meant to cut me down will be ignored as I expect those to show up.

The most immediate thing I noticed was that you have late timing, in other words you let go of the ball well after you have arrived at the line. I used to do the same thing, thinking I was getting a little more hand into it, but found out later that more precise timing gave me a much better ball reaction.
For me, I want to release the ball into a roll (very little/no loft) and make sure the release coincides with the arrival of my plant foot to the foul line. In other words, my foot stops and I release the ball at the same time.
Obviously everyone is different, and what works for me may not work for you, but that is the first thing I would try if you were looking to change something.

Is Ben Gay good to use on my neck, or should I use Mineral Ice?

A half ten is not a great shot. No, you shouldn't have carried it.

There will be new videos taken in a few weeks. As I had already stated in my opening post, I thought I could edit the video's to where they arent sideways like they are. Once I got everything uploaded to my program I quickly realized I can not do this kind of editing. Sorry for the kinked necks but I did warn you guys in the opening post.

your timing is pretty late, which is why your ball pops up off your hand and not down into the lane.

Mike, I'd love to comment on your Video but I'm having a problem with the weight of my Monitor, I've never had to lay it on it's side to watch a Video before!
that was too funny! if you have windows movie maker, you could rotate it 90 degrees. but to sum it up coachlefty & SprayNpray pretty much hit it on the head.
