I was really working on following through.... Ive been short arming it bad causing me to yank one ball, pull the next ball, miss at the bottom, grab to much... just WAY to much inconsistency.

So looking at 3rd arrow and make myself feel like im over exagerating extending my arm through my spot.

Im throwing a freeze in the video.

The shot is whatever we call a house shot... Its extremely dry and plays pretty tight... not much room for error.

Pretty good. Looks like you are walking pretty straight and your arm swing is pretty smooth. My only suggestion would be to slow down. You are on the verge of running up to the line. Your foot speed adds almost nothing to your ball speed and if you slow down you are more likely to get a more repeatable swing. I know every time I start having trouble getting the ball into a good swing plane it is because my feet are getting fast. Watch the pros, pretty much all of them are in no hurry to get to the line and it allows their body to set up better and requires less muscle.

Looking back its not as bad as I first thought I saw. But I would still try to slow down a bit.

Suprised to hear that my first step isnt that bad.. as far as foot speed I dont feel like Im going fast but ive also been doing it for years.

99% of the time I miss its a pull shot... possibly just getting to the line to fast and my arm isnt there yet and over correct for a yank.

Something to work on.

I know this maybe a little off topic, but it looks to me like you have a very good release, so why in the world do you wear something on your hand??? If you have cirtain pain or whatnot then I would think your driller could make a difference to help that. Most people of course wear those braces to help gain revs, etc. but it appears that you even flip the ball at the bottom nicely also.

On a side note, when I wore braces(just for experimentation) I noticed that when I missed, I always seem to miss inside my target and not outside... You may can take it off and fix that problem. John

I usually don't wear a wrist brace. But there are times when I start to over turn the ball and this helps me remember not to do that. The shot we bowl on is really dry so it just helps me feel like I'm staying behind it more and can get the ball down lane.

I described it to one person as; when I'm starting to roll the ball badly (which is way to often) 'it keeps me from doing something stupid.''

I.E. At the bottom of the swing really cupping my wrist and whacking it as hard as I can. I tend to do this when I start bowling bad and try to over power the lanes and that never works. But I sure do try, and way to often at that.

You could probably cross your leg in front of your body more instead of taking such a big step to the right (instead make it closer to walking a tightrope) but that's not a very big deal as long as you repeat it.  The only thing that really stood out to me was that it seemed like you pull your ball down from the top of the swing a little bit instead of just letting it fall.  It's okay to accelerate your arm a little, but you're better off doing it at the bottom of the swing, right as your arm gets to your leg and near the release point.  That will help you keep your ball speed up a little, but also will probably help slightly increase the revolutions on your ball since you'll be accelerating as your thumb comes out and it rolls off your fingers.
