Not that the left handed shot wasn't impressive, but I was hoping to see it made right handed...

I don't think it's makeable by a right handed except by luck, and high ball speed, similar to making the 7-10. No skill, just sheer brute force and lots of luck.
Well, maybe with a back-up ball?
I made the 8-10 throwing a backup ball, sliding the 8 into the 10, but the 2/8/10 seems much more difficult using a right handed backup ball.

I've picked that leave up twice throwing right handed. Both times the ball hit the 2 pin just a wee bit brooklyn but still solid enough for it to hit the 8 pin and it then slid right taking out the 10 pin.

Jim,
If you only hit a "wee bit Brooklyn", then the 2 pin won't slide into the 10 pin UNLESS it bounced off the 8 pin. Even throwing a straight ball and hitting the 2 thin enough to slide into the 10 pin will leave the 8 pin standing. It has to bounce off the 8 pin; so luck is still involved; the right bounce of the 2's round pin bottom into another round pin bottom to throw it in the direction of the 10 pin..

Watch Barnes' lefthanded hook into the 2/8. It's hitting the 2 thin enough to slide into the 10 pin, but the 8 pin is hit only because the left handed hook is driving and hooking into the 8.

The best way I have found to pick this split up is by cutting the 2 pin in front of the ten, bounce the 2 off the wall into the 10 and pray that either the 10 goes into the 8 or the 2 pin takes out the 8 after the 10. I have made it several times but again it is mere luck after you hit the 2 pin hard into the right wall. Otherwise I have made it a few times back-up ball but the ole' wrist doesn't like me much doing that.

Jeff, It did deflect (bounce) off the 8 pin and slide right into the 10 pin.
