Hi,
I'm posting this for a friend, and he'd like some suggestions/constructive criticism on his form. He's been trying to fix the little loop he has, as well trying to walk on a straighter line. First video shows his loop, second one is a smaller, less pronounced one.

From my standpoint, he has a very consistent approach, and is a top collegiate bowler. So we're wondering if you guys have any suggestions on how he could improve. Thanks!

Keep the ball in line with the shoulder in the starting position as opposed to in front of him.

Top collegiate bowler? Get a top level coach.. Don't come to a public forum....

Never heard of him but it hes a "top collegiate bowler" he would have "top collegiate coaching"

It appears he is throwing it with the wrong hand...

I would work on getting that hitch out of his swing, it is going to cause a lot of pulled shots (hence the Brooklyn, or the Buffalo as I like to call if for lefties).

He is a lefty , they can have weird styles and score.

Top collegiate bowler????
How about having him push the ball away on the right step before anything... better yet, hinge it.

It seems like he can score quite well in the college sectionals.

He looks like he posts well at the line.
How about holding the ball closer to the middle of his body when he starts. That should help him with the loop. He can try heel to toe in his footwork.
I would be curious to know if he tries any of the tips and what the results are. Please report back in the future.
