Ok Let me have it.

Was playing a game with the girlfriend where she would call a pin and I would shoot at it which explains the shots being all over the place.  And I was playing with my knee wrapped and a sore wrist, gravity showed me who's boss a couple days ago.  heh

Just looking to see if anything is really out of whack that I'm missing.  From what I see, I'm pulling my arm behind my back a bit on the backswing and it looks like I'm a little early on a few shots.  But for the most part they feel good.

You are looking like you are falling to the left fairly regularly, I have had those knee problems so that might be an explanation. As far as your swing, a little pull behind the back when playing that deep is normal. You have to otherwise you can't get the ball out to the right. You have a little bit more than you want primarily because you have your wrist over cupped through out your swing. I wouldn't recommend breaking your wrist but that much cupping is actually lowering your accuracy and RPM. You really want to be looking for a relaxed swing which is not possible with your elbow bent. Also, at your release try to think more about rolling the ball instead of throwing it. That will help add RPM that you might lose straightening your wrist. There is a really good bowler in you, I can see flashes of it in your game. That is the only reason I was splitting hairs here. All around pretty good. Keep it up.

Try starting the ball higher in your stance and pushing it out and letting it fall so gravity can take over. I don't see any benefit in pushing it up from that low.

Even if you were to do that to slow your ball speed down as a tool in your box, you still wouldn't be pushing it up that high to achieve that.

You have to use muscles to get it up to a point where it can descend thus adding variables into the swing. The less muscles you use the better.

It's going to affect your timing so just be conscious of that if you try it out.
