Looks like you bowl at Countryside lanes too. Don't remember seeing you bowl. What are you averaging there ?

I bowled there fortravel league last year. Yeah carry seemed to be a small issue. The shot seemed pretty nice though.

I did it last year, but standing in front of the ball return a few times and the crappy shots drove me nuts. I do it once every two years. I can travel only so much. it's cool though to get to all the houses.

Are you doing travel this year?

Your pushaway is the part you need to work on. It seems that you just drop the ball into the swing, instead of pushing it forward and then let it fall.

azus, thanks for the advice. I changed my game quite a bit:

-4 to 5 step
-inch and 7/8 reverse to 1/4 reverse and 1/8 side.
-lay the ball down sooner (use to loft almost to the arrows)
-Changed the direction of swing plane
-Plus I was coming around the ball real hard and now I changed my PAP to 4 over and 7/16 up

The next part I have to work on is:
-freeing my swing up a little more
-getting the ball into the swing a bit earlier
-the worse thing for me is to learn to slide. I hate sliding but I know it is necessary


I averaged 207 last year and I dropped to 190s this year. I am hoping one of these days this is start going to feel right. Is there anything am I missing? I am going to work on my game today.
