i would say its pretty good! short steps are not bad if u r consistent, u look like a big guy so u shouldnt worry about moving too fast to the approach.
i noticed u came around the ball more most of the lefties, was the lane very dry to u had to do it?
the video was good, the release is good if the lanes were little bit dry.
i would suggest a little longer last step because the back swing is very high, the reason is atm ur last step is short and u might not be ready to release the ball but the swing is already at a point that u have to release it. a longer final step will allow u to be more ready at the moment of release
