Comments very welcome. Very open to critisizm. This was on the Shark (or at least that's what it was supposed to be) during my sport shot league.

Well I take 6 steps so I cant really start it on my first step lol, but I know what you are saying. I've changed my timing a little bit lately: instead of starting it with my 3rd step (that would be the first step with a 4 step approach), I start the ball between the 2nd and 3rd step. My timing used to be a bit later, and I have been working on getting it a little sooner, and it has seemed to help with consistency.

More knee bend at the line.

I said it was supposed to be the Shark, not that it was the Shark lol. They lay the pattern down in the morning and have open play on it all day, which usually means little kids throwing house balls all over the lane. The league starts at 6:30, so a full day of open play usually changes the pattern quite a bit.
