Man, bowling hurts after 4 years...
« on: June 14, 2017, 11:28:47 PM »
So, confession time... :-[

I haven't gotten to the lanes in over 4 years. I had heavily competed from 11 until I was about 18, and then between my band, work, my business, etc... I just lost the passion for it unfortunately.

I made it out tonight and threw a few games and somehow pieced together a 607 series.

I threw together a few clips.

What are some good exercises you recommend to kind of get arm and hand strength up after that long of a break? Also what are some good exercises to work my way into reforming my approach after this long off? (I know I don't slide, my timing is late and my mark was all over the place, by the way.. Got a long road to climb to get back into this!)

Thanks!

(The song is called 'The Martyr' by my band Mime Game)
