We need some advice. We are pretty avid bowlers here at 16, and both of us averaging around 220 respectively. I was wondering how I could reduce my chicken wing type of back swing.. Here is me:

I know you can't really get a good view of it, but its there and my elbow is bent. I have been told by Gary Sparks from Vincennes University that my chicken wing was okay. I just want to make my form a little more pretty, its pretty jagged, etc. I realize the video quality isn't great but I'd like to hear any advice you all would love to give.
Now for Ricky, he is trying to just get an opinion and just get general advice about his release. Here he is:

Thanks for your advice.

I don't really have anything to say to you Kenny as I just can't see anything in your video really.
Your buddy Ricky looks solid, not really much to say there either, maybe he could work on bringing his release closer to his ankle but thats about it.

I can't say much about your video either.
For Ricky, I agree that his release can't get a bit closer to his ankle. That seems like a swing plane issue, which can be fixed by him pushing away more under his chin. Also, he should try extending that left arm. If he uses it correctly he wouldn't need to force through the shot so much for ball speed.
