short clip of just when i release the ball. i really didn't know one of my teammates was video taping it but here it is critique away. dont be harsh plz.

I think you have a very solid release, nice knee bend and follow through, and also balance at the foul line i would like to some day, try to increase my revs and use a higher backswing, something similar to yours.
