still smooth. I know you said that was taped on a sport shot but you were still very accurate.

BTW, are you going to another Shocker Camp this year?

I was curious about this type of release about 3 months ago. I practiced some shots but felt a lot of stress in my back. I was trying to do something similar I can see on your video, that at the top of my backswing I was forcing my right arm to be straight (free armswing theory). Then, I watched some videos of 2 handed bowlers, and I saw that they bend their right elbow, I tried this and it puts less stress on my back. Great revs one can get but still, I can't  achieve enough speed and consistency to go 2handed. Mis dos centavos.

The only two things I would change is to have less of an upswing in the start of your approach. It kinda throws you tempo off and makes your hand wind up in a couple different spots at the release.

The other is your swing is really compact, and your elbow is bent a little too much, even by a two handers standards. This is why your ball speed is a little slow for your rev rate causing that half rollout ball reaction your getting. Having less up ward motion at the start of you swing should help this problem too.

Here is a video that shows what a little less compactness and a little less upward motion can do. http://www2.totalbowling.com.au/media/jason_belmonte_03australianopen.mpg
