LOL! That's a wall of China house shot if I've ever seen one! Anyhoo...

As to the actual video: You muscle the ball at the release point which would cause an inconsistent release. You probably don't notice the inconsistency very much if you bowl on house patterns like the one in your video, but on a tourament condition or sport shot, you would definitely be scratching your head. You have nice form, just concentrate on not "hitting" the ball so hard at the release point. Keep the entire release smooth from the push off to the actual release. You also muscle the ball up into your backswing. Try pushing the ball off at a higher point (you don't have much of a push away as it is, which does not give you a pendulum to work with, thus causing the muscled backswing).

Next time I'd like to see more than just one shot. It's hard to make truly constructive comments based on one ball. Keep up the good work.

I've actually change my backswing to a more controlled backswing and not fluid.  It works better for me this way believe me.  Plus I bowl in a lot of local PBA/sport condition tournys and I can handle myself pretty good.  Thanks tho.

Wow... So you post a video looking for comments and when you finally do get some constructive criticizm, you sluff it off and get defensive? Interesting. I'll stay away from your vids from now on. I suppose it's better for my health.

I read what you said and appreiate the suggestion.  All I'm saying is that I've tried and tried to keep it smooth and it really doesnt work for me.  There are plently of good bowlers out there who control there backswings.  Thats all I'm sayin. Thank you for your suggestion.  I was not getting defensive.
