ya i tried that deep inhale through the mouth exhale and that 3x after each other so i would relax alittle, preshot routine and then go .  I need to be patiente the way i'm bowling atm it won't be long.

Two things to think about.....

One,  What difference will it make in life if you throw it or not?  The sun will still come up tomorrow and you aren't going to get paid $100K for bowling it.  You will feel better but no one else will really care.  Basically there is no need to put all that pressure on yourself.

Second, Figure out what your tendency is when you feel pressure.  If you always pull the ball when it counts then adjust by moving your mark 2-3 boards outside your normal target.  That way when you pull the ball (2-3 boards) it will be right on your usual mark and you will hit the pocket.  Carry may be another issue...

Stay focused and as relaxed as you can be.  If you think out loud "what difference does it really make?" you may find yourself in a more relaxed state.  BTW once you throw one they don't get any easier.

ya man you got a point there, but you must also understand that i realy want one after an abscent of 5 years this is my first season back.

But next time i'll move with my feet 2 the right or my target 2 boards  to the left cause i heared that b4 several times.

One thing that has helped me handle the pressure over the years.

Whether, you need to strike to shoot 300 or strike to win the game, don't think about it, don't think about the 300 or the 800 or the win(I know that sounds a lot easier then it is). Just treat the shot as if it's like the 2nd frame of the match and focus on making a good shot. Everything seems to go a lot better when you get rid of the pressure.

I think if you want it to much it wont happen.
Just go with the flow and one time *bang* 300 is standing on the screen before you know it .

I believe you will throw a 300. If it's not this year it will be next year, but it will happen, i am sure of it . With such teammates !!!

If i don't throw it this year i put all my balls back in the basement hahahaha nah just joking i probebly put to much pressure on myself.

With the bumperconditions here in belgium it won't take long "i hope"

Back 6 years ago when i still bowled there were no bumperconditions like now and when someone threw a 300 it was something special now i seen people throw 300 that i think "omg".  Probebly that's the reason also why i put so much pressure on myself.  Oh well if i throw one you'll c it on here lol
