If you're the lefty, good job.  You throw it pretty sweet.  The release could be cleaner but that'll come with time.

Sorry, I just couldn't resist. In all seriousness, though, I think your game looks pretty good. You have excellent balance at the line, at least from what I've watched, and your armswing is very aggressive.

I would just be careful to clean up the release a bit, as was already mentioned, and to make sure not to become too speed dominant. It's great to be aggressive and have ball speed, but if you miss it a pinch you're going to be looking at 3-pins or a washout.

Overall, though, I'd say your game is in pretty solid shape. Lord knows, we all have things to work on.

well as you can see i'm working on my speed loft and release and the other movies with the spitfire and the domination you can see me loft it very far and my release isn't that good either, i trained yesterday with my coach and the last movie i uploaded is the result of it, your correct about the speed my speed is now sorry it's in km's 27-28km wich was normaly 25-26km so like you said i need work on that.  But now it's much smoother of my hand and i won't have problems with my wrist anymore.  Thanks for the constructive comments man

Nice vid. Your game looks very solid. My only comment would be about the consistency of the release. You do not have a constant axis rotation on the ball from shot-to-shot. One time you are behind the ball, the next time you are coming around it a bit. Be careful to maintain a consistent roll on the ball. This will help you avoid suddently coming in light, leaving a bucket when you hit your mark, and you are left scratching your head.
