Before and after coaching

Smoother after.  I met Teresa in Vegas during the Ball Fitting and Pro Shop Skills for Coaches Seminar.  She is great, she was all awarded the USBC Volunteer Coach of the Year award.

I have one question about your delivery, why use 6 steps if you dont start the ball till the third step?

When I used 5 steps I felt rushed getting the ball into my swing and the same with 4 steps. 6 steps just felt right.

a noticeable improvement. great form also. how long have you bowled with the high backswing?

I've been bowling for about 7 or so years and I've had the high swing, according to my dad, for about 3 years.
