I haven't had too many critics lately. What do you guys think of the way I am throwing it currently. All criticism is appreciated!

Uhh...looks good! Like always.
You've always had a real good relaxed armswing. Even back in the day lofting the gutter caps at South Pointe...

Between your 3rd and 4th steps you raise up with your lower body. I think you could get more leverage if you were to stay down. I also think you could get more leverage at your release if you kept your lower body down and your shoulders back more. If you watch Barnes he really does what I am talking about with his slide and finish. But you throw it great, it's just about the little things now to get better. Hope this helps.

Reno,
I will never forget that tournament. So much fun.
Pate08,
Thanks for the advice. I will try to work on those things. Always room for improvement

Looks good to me man, always has...I saw u posted it on your FB too, im chris brown, added u a while ago...
It does look a little smoother than it used to be, I remember when you all bowled us this season in matchplay, it for form waas def good, but now it is definitely smooth, especially through the last 2 steps, slide, and follow through...
Good luck man this season man, Hopefully we meet up again!

You really do throw a great ball Dean. Not much fixing to do in my opinion. In this video, you appear to be rotating early though. That might just be me though. Seems like your first step has gotten bigger as well.
