"1. My only comment about your foot work.....at address I suggest you reposition your right foot a little further to the right. Currently at address it is trapped behind the left foot and this often contributes to the crossover step seen in B3. Not to mention ball placement outside the shoulder (B3) also requires some kinda step left for balance of the body.
2. Evaluation of the hinge (ball placement) is best done from the side view.
3. I suggest you replace your current ball placement seen in B3 with the simulated ball position shown in shown in B4. You will then be in a position to incorporate a hinging (unfolding of the right arm) motion in your game.
4. Overall a lot of athleticism seen in your game. Nice release of the wrist seen from B7 to B8 prior to release."

http://forum.bowlingchat.net/download/file.php?id=3224&mode=viewBy delay I mean I am starting the ball to his suggestion in frame B4. I am starting the Hinge at the same time but from a higher starting point so I am not rushing to much. It has made a huge difference for my game, the last three weeks I have shot 702, 738, and finished last night with a 729. I wish I had started this process earlier in the season lol.
