The Revolver is VERY STRONG and I found a hard time finding a place to
throw it with the out-of-box surface because I haven't seen enough oil in the short time I have had it. So I decided to throw a bit of polish on it and found that it still picks up early, but continues its ball motion a little better without expending too much energy. The ball is drilled pin down at 5 1/4 from PAP, and the cg at 4 3/4 from pap. It definitely will work, without a doubt, on either
heavier or longer patterns. So I'm very anxious to get on something where I can use it to its full potential! But with the polish on it, it will definitely continue on a house shot more than other balls that are out right now within the Revolver's hook range.

Right Handed, Cranker style, I usually play between 3rd and 4th arrows, 16 mph speed
Box Surface - 500 grit Micropad, then 4000 grit Micropad,
My PAP is 5 3/8" over and 7/8" up Dual Angle Drilling Layout - 65 Deg x 5" x 50 Deg which puts the pin above my fingers and no weight hole

I wanted a ball that would be a little stronger for heavier oil conditions but not have a lot of backend. What I got was a ball that is smooth in heavier oil and doesn't overreact when reaching the friction. This ball clears the heads, gets through the midlane nicely, and finishes strong.  It needs heavier oil because it was hooking too much after 2 games on a THS.  This would be a good ball when you need something that has traction in heavier oil conditions.  This is another strong ball in the Pro Performance line and compliments the Wild Card.  Keep up the good work Brunswick!

Ball Specs
The ball being drilled was a 2” pin out with 3.00 oz top weight.
Drilling: Pin 3 3/4" from PAP and Mb 45 degrees from PAP, 70 degrees V.A.L. Line DUAL ANGLE. Pin is below ring finger. Weight Hole on a 4 o'clock. Factory Sanded 4000.

Bowler Information:
Track diameter is 11 5/8.
PAP is measured at 4 11/16 over and 11/16 up.
Average ball speed (foul line to head pin) is 13 mph.
Axis rotation is typically 90 degrees
Initial rev rate is typically 200 rpm, "Tweener"
Lane Condition and Pattern:
Classic Falls. Brunswick Generation 1 Synthetic panel. Oil Pattern: Kegel Highway to Hell, more oil outside, medium oil inside.

Review:
I am having my daughter Ashley test this ball for me. 180 Average, 18 years old with medium to slow speed and a low spinner type track.

The Revolver is a perfect ball for most medium to oily lane conditions, it has that Wild Card look on the 1st half of the lane but stronger back end reaction down lane. Very archy in the first 30 feet and a nice strong but smooth reaction on the backend. This ball has been my daughters favorite ball when the lanes start off oily or when the pattern is oily flat. Not a ball for drier lanes, the ball will set up to early and quit on the backends. Even on Highway to Hell she shot 655 and a 265 her last game on the ball. After 20 to 30 games, the ball does need to be resanded to maintain that dull coverstock and big hook, which is the case with every dull reactive. Another wonderful choice from Brunswick.

My Revolver came with a 2 inch pin with a top weight of 2.5.  I drilled it with the pin directly under my bridge with the cg kicked out slightly with no hole needed.  I was looking forward to this ball to use on the fresh condition to tame down the backends.  This ball allowed me to play closer to the friction on the fresh without having the ball over react downlane.  The ball motion is really smooth and controllable which is huge for us high rev players.
