I'm thinking of dropping down to 14# stuff and wondered if there is any major difference in carry? I have high revs(400+), 18-20 mph ball speed but like to play medium swing shots, not a lot of boards. any opinions would help!

brunswick uses the same cores in their 12-16lb. balls so that should be a great asset. with your rev rate and ball speed i wouldn't think your carry would be diminished except when the lanes are really slick.
