Drilling a Evil Siege
« on: February 17, 2010, 12:15:23 AM »
I am drilling up a Evil Siege this week, 35x4 1/2x35 was wondering what you guys think of your ES? How strong is it overall?

The ES is strong and that drilling your going to do will make it even stronger. High flaring layout.

This is my personal favorite right now.  I have found it to be quite versatile.  On the heavier side, it still rolls heavy enough to use, and on the lighter condition, it retains enough energy to move in with.  I have not found a shot yet where this is not one of my favorites.  In relation, I find it to be a great step under the Wild Card at box.  Currently, my steps down in volume are Maxxx Zone, Siege, Wild Card, than Evil Siege (it is at box surface), Wild Ride, Python, than Avalanche Slide.  I have actually ordered 2 more to try with different drillings and surface preps.  Did I mention that I love this ball?  In my opinion, this is the most versatile ball from Brunswick since the Vapor Zone.  It has many of the same characteristics that I loved of the VZ.  Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.  I would be glad to give you more feedback.
Thanks,
Dennis Rhodes

This ball has been great for me on a couple different sport shots, shooting a 300 at a team tournament on sport shot then next week getting 3rd at the high roller primarily with the Evil Seige.  Mine's drilled 50x5.5x70. Weaker layout to help it clear the fronts, the core and cover combo picks up plenty on the rear.

Well I throw the ball around 19 or more I need a piece that is a step down or at least a little more lengthy that my Ultra but can still handle oil, I may polish it to create that reaction if I need to but I wanted to Brunswick and I have also heard good things about the ES, looking forward to trying it tonight, might bring it to State with me this weekend also.
