Brunswick says they share a similar coverstock.  I am in need of a particle pearl in my arsenal and Buddies has the ambush for $92.50 shipped, great deal.  I liked the HPD, great control ball but left more 10 pins than any ball I ever used.  I still use it today on tough, spotty or wet dry shots.  It was billed as a ball for Power Players, not my  game.  Anyone think these two balls might be similar.
