not to bad, a few balance issues at the line, and it looks like you stay in the ball a little ling, hence the shots you pulled a little. but hey, who am i, just a junior, keep up the good work.

1.) Great form.
2.) Even better leave of the 4-6-10. I love it!

thx for all the comments guys and i know what causes my balance issue at the line, it is my slide foot if u watch my feet closely my foot is almost all the way sideways which cause me too be off balance, im trying my best to get the foot square to the target, thx for all the info it does help alot

I like it all man. (Esp the song).

If I were to give any helpful info at all, it would be to let the downswing be a little freer. If it's a timing thing and it works, then leave it alone.

But you look good. Post at the line, and backswing isn't too high - That's what I am working on lol.

Pretty grabby in the downswing, but a little fixing in the footwork and pushaway(nowadays, dropping the ball into the swing is more perferred) could easily correct that.
