Box condition.
Clean through the heads like the OI
Reads the midlane like the UI
Has more back end than the II
Will allow you to effectively shoot lights out on everything, short of an oil tanker spill and dry tile flooring.
Basically, this is the only ball you will need other than a spare ball.
