Another one of many Inferno questions...
« on: May 29, 2003, 06:27:55 AM »
Is there anyone out there that has thrown the Inferno after they have buffed OFF the factory polish?  I am considering it myself because 95% of the houses I bowl at have heavier carrydowns now.  I want it to react a little stronger on that and was hoping removing the factory polish wouldn't change it TOO much.  Any good info I'd appreciate, and I'm pretty sure Bob Hanson did this to his, so if you're out there, could you let me know how it changed your Inferno?

Ok, for anyone who's interested, or cares....I took off that factory pearl like polish, and you guys were right...it didn't change much.  I can say though it is a little less prone to over under on carrydown obviously.  I managed to play deeper inside than before without any real problems from squirls.  I liked this ball before, I love the ball now!
