Red Zone vs Vapor Zone

If I put a Red Zone to say... 1000 Abralon, how would it compare to a Vapor Zone in box condition.

Since the RZ is a solid rather than a pearl like the VZ, I'd guess it'd be earlier and smoother than the VZ.  Very much like the Strike Zone, but longer than the SZ with more reaction on the backend (since it's red instead of blue).

IME the Red is much cleaner in front and much sharper at the break than a polished Strike Zone.  I've never thrown the Red with a 1000 surface.  However, my Red OOB is about five boards weaker overall than my Vapor (which has one coat of polish over the box surface).  Also, while the Vapor seems to want to start up early and lay off in back, the Red has more of a hard-arc reaction in the back of the lane.

Hope this helps.
