O.K., there are ALOT of Scorchin' posts, and the jury is still out on this ball with alot of people. It's burning up for some, not hooking for others. But, what is your "good" experience with it? When does you SI shine for you?

I was wondering something else. I'm picking up another Scorchin', with the pin under the ring, cg stacked. Now what if I took it 400 or 600 grit wet sand/OOB, and then used the High Gloss polish, instead of Ruff Buff? I'm looking for a surface that could be used on the THS, with a sharper turn at the end? Mine hooks more than anything ive had, bowling on a 41ft patter  last week i was dead flush with the ultimate and church with the scorchin in the same spot, it is still OOB though, so a bit more surface than i have on the ultimate.  Still not convinced that I will like it more than my ultimate ever.
