This is my review of the New Entry Level Brunswick Rhino. I selectd the Black/Silver .
What I was looking for in this ball was a ball that can get me more right than I have been instead of spotting 17 out to 10 .
What I got was just what I was looking for. The New Rhino got me lined up on20 with my left foot and playing straighter than I ever have before. I can play 8 or 9 and get the ball down the lane longer than and a little sharper break down lane. This ball gave me the down lane movement without over reacting. This is going to be an excellent ball for me when the lane breks down later in the session.
This will give me the control on shorter patterns also. I will recommend the New Rhino is you are looking for a ball that is controllable and predictable as you move right and play the outside lines.

Are you saying this ball is good when the heads are fried?

This ball is good off the dry. What I am saying is The New Rhino is a great ball when the lanes transitions and the back ends get drier and for shorter oil patterns.

How are they when the oil in the front goes? Does the core and cover allow the ball to get through drier fronts with late roll? Or does the ball roll early when the heads are broken down?

The Rhino does get length through broken down heads and midlane pretty well. I bowled 2 longer format tournaments recently and it rolled great. The first tournament I switched to it in game 4 and stuck with it the last 4 games. Second tournament I actually switched to the Rhino in the 2nd game because of flying backends and used it games 2-6 until I had to go to a stronger cover to burn off energy
