Brunswick lane inspection software
« on: August 30, 2009, 03:39:09 AM »
Our local association has a Brunswick oil tape reading device for doing lane inspections but no software to go with it to actually measure the oil on the tape and do the analysis on the computer. We've tried calling Brunswick without much success. Can any one the Brunswick folks here get me a name or phone number for someone we can call to get this piece of software? Thanks.

Been busy with work.  I taught a new class this summer and spent basically every day preparing notes, handouts, homework, and tests for the coming days.  I brought home lots of work, too.  This semester I'm teaching another new class and it might just kill me.

It seems like all my time is being spoken for before I even wake up in the morning.  But I'm still bowling on Tuesday nights and we convinced the whole league to change out point structure, going from a normal 7-point system to a 25-point match system.  It's fun, though.

They're going to love the match point system. Good move. Keeps it interesting.

I bought new software for the CLM that our center owns about 3 years ago.  You just need to get a hold of the right person at brunswick.  For what it is worth, I always use the manual tape reading option rather than the automatic option.

Have your local bowling center get in touch with the B sales rep in your area.  They should be able to help you out.

Our association manager has made several calls to various people at Brunswick to no avail.  I do not know who she has called or their numbers, but I mentioned seeing Brunswick folks online every now and then.
