Purple Rhino Pro?
« on: February 02, 2010, 03:31:16 AM »
What is the lowdown on this ball. At my home bowling alley, there is one sitting on the public rack that is in really good shape, and the span is very close to mine. Slug and new grips and that should do it.

Is this one of the coveted Rhino's everyone looks for or what? I figured it would be a good light oil control ball.

There are a TON of these (remakes) on the market now..

Yes, light oil..

If you're going to take it, replace it with something else..

If you want to be real honest, ask the manager if you can do this. As long as you replace it, it shouldn't be a problem.

me and the owners of this center are very good friends. i do alot of work on some of their equipment at my place of work free of charge, I feel they wouldn't mind at all. i have an old plastic zone i can put on the rack. 90% of their balls for public use are peoples old stuff they don't want anymore.
