looking for a new bowling ball
« on: October 20, 2004, 10:31:54 AM »
Hey everyone,  I'm looking for a new bowling ball and am hoping to get some feedback.  I'm looking for a ball with a lot of hook potential-i throw a 15 lb fuze detonator about 16-17mph and it's not giving me what i'm hoping/looking for.  I was wondering if anyone out there can offer their opinions ( i had a danger zone that i loved) on what is out or if anyone heard any rumors about new balls coming out this season.

has anyone tried the new zones?

thanks everyone

If you liked your Danger Zone...you could get another one.  They're still available.

Failing that, the Monster Bruiser would be pretty close in reaction.

As for the new stuff, the BVP Nemesis is a real sleeper;  stronger than the Bruiser, but very controllable.

Hope this helps.

if you're bowling on an oily condition the ultimate inferno would be a good choice. on medium conditions the classic zone works well. on drier lanes the monster slayr works well.
