Seems they too have a new website, but every time I click on a line of balls (like Monster), I get tossed back into the crappy Flash Intro sequence. WHen its interminally long display is over, I'm back at the menu. Am I doing something wrong? Or are we users now going to be paid as System Testers???

IE.
Using Netscape, the swirling names of the ball lines, which become a menu, never stop swirling. Houston, we have a problem!

Now it is working for me. Why don't testers test programs before they install them ....

It sounds to me like they simply hadn't finished activating all of the pages on the webserver. You probably caught them in mid change over. I was on Big B's website just a day & 1/2 ago & it was still the old site.
It's pretty tough to perform a flash cut for such a large site.

I know something about installations; I used to do it as part of my software job, when they let me work ....
There is always a way to do it without hurting the user interface. You disable certain pathways; you don't make them endless loops.

Oh I agree, the very least they could have given you was a 404 error.
The best way is to build your entire web, link all of the pages & then flash cut from the old one to the new one. They took the lazy way out.
