actually its 90 shipped. its 10 off of orders 30 or more. i tried it and i got 89.95....still a good price though

I just ordered mine for $59.99 shipped. The 15lb weight takes $30 off, and google check out takes off the final $10. I really wasn't even looking at this ball before, but for $59.99 shipped, I couldn't pass it up.

Do any of you have suggestions as to how to prep the cover to make it more like the regular release? I know that this one is supposed to be harder, so I want to give it some grit in order to make it an option for regular medium patterns with clean backends. What surface prep and drilling advice would you all suggest?

If you click on the link, there is a review by Kendra Gaines posted at the bottom of the page. She claims that, out of box, the ball would be best for drier conditions or second shift. She also said that knocking the shine off made it read the midlane better and made it very controllable.

I'm planning on throwing mine in box finish first but then probably putting rough buff to it. I want the ball to be more of a standard medium condition piece. Mine arrives Wedesday, so I should be able to get a prelim. review up by Thursday or so. I'll let you know what I think.

I ended up picking up the Smokin white pin for $60 shipped.  Ive been looking for something "cheap" to use a couple experimental drillings with, so this may be a candidate for that.  Possibly try out the TJ drilling, or a 315º layout.  Then again, i may just drill it pin on axis & use it as my DRY lane ball.

Thx for the heads up, $60 shipped for a brand new ball is HARD to pass up.
